RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting and communicating with clients
  • Scheduling appointments and updating the calendar
  • Calculating vehicle inspection fees
  • Entering data into the system and issuing certificates
  • Selling insurance policies and calculating registration costs
  • Collecting payments and closing the cash register
  • Keeping records and archiving documentation

REQUIREMENTS


MANDATORY:

  • Secondary education or higher
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Category B driving license
  • Conversational knowledge of English
  • Ability to work under pressure
